The initial focus of the company was the distribution of the Commodore range of home computers and the retailing of the Apple and Commodore range of PC Products, through a number of retail outlets in Dublin.

In 1984 the PC marketplace changed significantly with the launch of the IBM PC. TW was the first appointed IBM Business Partner in Ireland. Subsequently we changed our marketing focus away from the retail/distribution sector and concentrated our efforts on supplying business solutions and services to corporate customers. At this stage we developed a multi-vendor maintenance division in the company, with a nation-wide infrastructure to provide maintenance services throughout the country. Many of the maintenance contracts we undertook then are still in place with TW to this day!

TW has developed excellent business partnerships with all leading hardware and software manufacturers. We are an authorised Reseller / Service Provider for all leading hardware and software manufacturers including Cisco, Compaq, Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Novell etc.
